5.1 Eligibility

Access to Community Funds may require identity verification, application approval, and compliance with funding criteria. Funds may be restricted by geography, income level, or project type.

5.2 Use of Funds

Funds must be used solely for the purpose stated in the approved application. Misuse or misrepresentation may result in termination of access and legal action. Please do not send sensitive health information to us. Community funds cannot be used for healthcare-related expenses, and we are not liable for any health information you choose to submit.

5.3 Disbursement & Reporting

Disbursements are subject to review and require IRS tax form 1099 to be sent to the recipient for tax purposes. The funds are classified as income, not a gift, and are subject to taxes.

6. Career Services

Qualfam provides job search, mentorship, and training resources.

6.1 Services Offered

Resume reviews, interview coaching, job matching, and access to career training and mentorship. Some services may be free; others may require payment or subscription. You also have the option to finance the services and pay later once you get a job.

6.2 User Responsibilities

You agree to use career services ethically and not submit false information. You acknowledge that Qualfam does not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.

6.3 Third-Party Employers

Job listings may be provided by third-party employers. Qualfam is not responsible for the accuracy of listings or employer conduct.

7. Business Services

Qualfam supports entrepreneurs and small businesses through strategic tools, consulting, and networking.

7.1 Services Offered

Services include sales and marketing, product management, recruiting, technology, analytics, and advisory. Some services may be subject to fees or eligibility requirements.

7.2 Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the implementation developed through your utilization of the business services. Universal Ecosystems, owner of Qualfam, shall retain all rights to any intellectual property, including but not limited to methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, and proprietary processes, that are used in, incorporated into, or otherwise contribute to the creation of such implementation.

7.3 No Guarantee

Qualfam does not guarantee business success, funding approval, or market performance.

8. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Universal Ecosystems and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Universal Ecosystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
